Our Mission

ZOInc is the 501c3 parent organization established to promote and support the orchestral program at ZCHS. All orchestra parents are members of the organization with annual board voting rights.

The annual membership registration fee for each child is $100 annually, paid to ZOInc. This fee funds our organization and helps offset costs such as uniform dresses and tuxedos (which are not included in school fees), fees for trip, clinics, clinicians and sections leaders, and much more.

The ZOInc board for 2019-2020 consists of six board members, with a few additional parents serving in key areas. All parents serve on a volunteer basis.

We utilize an online system called “Charms” for record-keeping as well as email communications. You will receive communications throughout the year from the Charms system sent by VP Communications, Kelli Nielson, keeping you informed of upcoming events as well as volunteer and fundraising opportunities.
