Matthew Caffrey

Matthew B. Caffrey Jr. is the founder of the Connections interdisciplinary wargaming conferences and author of On Wargaming. He has taught wargaming for nearly 30 years and developed concepts such as 3rd Generation Wargaming, the Caffrey Triangle, and the Caffrey Pyramid. Caffrey has extensive experience in government service, including roles in the Air Force and as a civil servant.
