Victoria Jones and Katie Fricke are students in the Intelligence Analysis Program at James Madison University. Over the course of a year, they contributed to real-world intelligence projects for the NATO Defence College and participated in a "bear pit" session alongside IAFIE Intelligence professionals. Through this intensive experience, they honed critical analysis skills by engaging directly with professional feedback from experts in the field, developing a practical understanding of the demands, challenges, and high standards expected of intelligence analysts.
